RETURN POLICY

All our products are made to order. Cancellations must occur within 7 days, after that there is a 20% cancellations fee. After you receive your products, any returns will occur a 20% restocking fee and you're responsible for all shipping charges. We carefully inspect each order before packaging and prior to shipping. If any part of an order needs to be returned due to a manufacturing defect or error that is covered under our Limited Warranty, a request must be made within 15 days from the day of receipt of the product.

Note:

  • We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    Damages and issues
    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


    Exceptions / non-returnable items
    Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


    Exchanges
    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


    European Union 14 day cooling off period
    Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


    Refunds
    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
    If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at archstoneproduct@aol.com.

    Authorized returns and exchanges cannot be made for products that have been cut or altered in any way.
  • If the customer is returning product because it was damaged in shipment, please read the If Your Shipment Is Damaged section above.

RETURNING PRODUCT

If the customer needs to return product:

  • Contact us to request a return authorization, which we may grant of deny at our discretion. If granted, there is a 20% restocking fee. Once issued, the RMA (Return Material Authorization) is valid for 30 days from the date the RMA was issued. That means that the product must be received back at our facility on or before the 30th day after issuance, otherwise the RMA will be considered expired and the return will not be accepted.
  • All products must be returned in its original packaging with proper protection. If the original packaging is not available, the customer will need to have it professionally packaged using skids and crates if necessary.
  • Clearly mark the RMA on the outside of the box and include a copy of the customer’s RMA inside of the packaging.5)    We will make the arrangements to pick up the material and cover the costs of the return shipment for authorized returns and exchanges that are covered under our Warranty,
  • Product must be returned to the address that we provided to the customer when the RMA is approved.
  • If the product was returned due to an error on our part, it must be returned in resaleable condition.  Upon inspection, replacement product will be shipped to the customer.
  • Product being returned due to a warranty claim will be inspected and evaluated under the terms of our Warranty. If warranty claim is approved, replacement product will be shipped to the customer.
