LIFETIME Warranty ON “BuyFauxStone and Panels4Less” PRODUCT LINE This Warranty is to the original owner/purchaser AND is not transferable or assignable. AN ORIGINAL RECIEPT FROM AN AUTHORIZED DEALER WILL ALLOW THE ORIGINAL BUYER TO INIATIATE A CLAIM. THE RECIEPT MUST CLEARY SHOW THE PURCHASE DATE, DEALERS NAME, PRODUCT ITEM PURCHASED, AND A PURCHASE AMOUNT. BUYFAUXSTONE PRODUCTS ARE EASY TO INSTALL AND REQUIRE ONLY BASIC CARPENRTY TOOLS TO INSTALL. WE HOPE YOU ENJOY THE BEAUTY OF OUR PRODUCTS AS WELL AS THE EASY INSTALL PROCESS. REMEMBER OUR PRODUCTS ARE DECORATIVE AND ARE NOT STRUCTURAL ALTHOUGH THEY DO HAVE GREAT TENSILE STRENGTH. THEY CAN BE DRILLED, SAWED, SCREWED AND NAILED WITH ANY COMPRESSED AIR NAILER. All products produced by BuyFauxStone shall be DEEMED free from ANY MANUFACTURES defect for lifetime of the person who purchased the material. This warranty is void if ANY BuyFauxStone products were not installed according to the manufactures written installation instructions .ALL INSTALLATIONS SHALL conform to local building codes AND REQUIREMENTS. Local building CODES VARY FROM TOWNSHIP TO TOWNSHIP AND CITY ORDINANCES MAY VARY FROM STATE TO STATE. BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR LOCAL REQUIREMENTS BEFORE INSTALLING ANY PRODUCT THAT MIGHT NOT CONFORM TO YOUR PARTICULAR APPLICATION.WE MAY ADVISE ON PRODUCT USE AND INSTALL TECHNIQUES WE DO NOT ASSUME ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR ITS FINAL USAGE OR APPLICATIONS. At its sole discretion, BuyFauxStone will repair OR replace, ANY new product found to be A MANUFACTURES defect. DO NOT CONFUSE A DAMAGED PRODUCT WITH A MANUFACTURES DEFECT. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IMPLIES THE PRODUCT WILL NOT ROT OR ABSORB WATER. Architectural Superstore is not liable for incidental, consequential or special damages, without limitation, or labor costs to remove or replace any defective product. Only defects in products manufactured by BuyFauxStone are covered under this Warranty. If the products are misused, mishandled, not installed correctly, modied, damaged or altered then this Warranty is void. This warranty specically excludes damage from contact with chemicals, paint or stain, airborne contaminates causing discoloration, oxidation or staining or damage resulting from building settlement or movement.
